Tasks
Our role in the Customer, Community and Destination (CCD) team is to deliver the best experience for our customers and drive visitation into our Westfield destinations in line with one of our Big Goals - attracting more people, more often, for longer. From managing budgets and analysing Profit and Loss reports to supporting day-to-day operations, this is a varied and rewarding position. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial efficiency, providing insights, and ensuring seamless operational support to enhance the customer and retailer experience. This role includes Duty Management responsibilities, requiring occasional weekend shifts on a roster basis, balanced with a day off in lieu. -Oversee daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and tenant invoices for expense recoveries. -Conduct bi-monthly budget forecasting to maintain financial accuracy. -Identify and present financial risks and opportunities to the Asset Team with actionable recommendations. -Lead the development of annual asset budgets and ensure financial outcomes are achieved. -Analyse and manage Profit and Loss reports, including processing monthly accruals, journals, and prepayments. -Support operational teams to address customer and retailer needs in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administration (Finance) Manager to join our team at Westfield Hornsby. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on finance while gaining exposure to all aspects of shopping centre management, making it a dynamic and rewarding position. With approximately 75 professions within our business, our team has the expertise to design, construct, operate, manage and market our Westfield destinations and platforms. -A background in accounting or financial services, ideally within retail property or similar industries. -Confidence in engaging with both finance and non-finance professionals. -Strong acumen in financial management, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and risk analysis. -Ability to identify trends and provide solutions with precision and attention to detail.
