Overview
Greet visitors, assist sales, handle admin tasks for model homes (part‑time)

Tasks
-Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website. -Distribute current price lists to guests. -Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms. -Accurately prepare daily traffic recap and activity sheets. -Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to office. -In conventional communities, demonstrate models to visitors, explaining their features and benefits. -Maintain sales center appearance. -Make appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant. -Attend sales training, as required.

What You Bring
-Minimum of 1 year related functional experience preferred -Basic proficiency in using computer systems -Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing -Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment -Knowledge of sales organization preferred -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills -Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred -Exceptional computer skills
