  • Cross train on multiple cutting stations to ensure adequate backup/coverage throughout the Programming team
  • Troubleshoot and correct programming issues
  • Work cohesively with team members, the direct Supervisor, and all internal customers.
  • Strive to ensure that programming KPIs are met and / or sustained (On Time, Quality, Productivity, Continuous Improvement)
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives with a goal of improving processes and increasing accuracy within the team.
  • Troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and correct as required
  • Program applicable cutting and panel bending stations in the Press department

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Consideration of tooling used to cut certain materials, speed of cut or adding features (for example – embossing)

  • Post-Secondary Education preferred (technical)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
