Tasks

-Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and problem-solving. -Collaborate with engineers and other design professionals to ensure accurate and coordinated documentation. -Work on a wide variety of projects, from new builds to historic renovations and specialty structures. -Support construction administration through shop drawing reviews and field coordination. -Develop layout drawings and design arrangements based on a combination of existing documentation, site measurements, and client-provided information. -Contribute to meaningful projects that shape communities and support sustainable design. -Produce detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit for commercial, institutional, and specialty structures.

What You Bring

We're looking for a detail-oriented Structural Drafter with strong Revit experience to support a diverse range of building and infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with engineers and project managers to develop accurate, high-quality drawings and models that bring complex designs to life. You'll join an 100% employee-owned firm, known for delivering tailored, high-quality design solutions and for it's collaborative, growth-oriented environment. -2+ years of experience using Autodesk Revit to produce structural plans. -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Familiarity with structural systems and construction documentation. -Degree in Architectural/Engineering Technology OR completed Construction Management program with Revit coursework. -Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
