Tasks

-Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs. -Support team members and supervisors by observing and reporting equipment or procedure discrepancies. -Follow infection control and safety protocols when working with chemicals and hazardous materials. -Safely operate and maintain custodial equipment, including floor machines and carpet extractors. -Perform housekeeping and custodial duties such as mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, dusting, and trash removal. -Ensure that common areas, resident spaces, and offices are clean, sanitary, and inviting. -Play an essential role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and beautiful environment for residents, families, and guests.

What You Bring

-At least one year of custodial/housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, senior living, or similar setting preferred. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism, patience, and confidentiality. -A positive attitude, integrity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. -CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire. -Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
