Overview
Lead delivery of hydrogen pipeline projects, managing schedule, budget, safety, and stakeholders.

Tasks
-Leading regular progress reviews, producing project reports, and escalating risks or issues as needed. -Acting as a key interface between technical disciplines, contractors, SHE advisors, and senior leadership. -Leading the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery hydrogen pipeline project, ensuring compliance with all governance, regulatory, and environmental requirements. -Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover activities. -Representing the Project Director when required and ensuring construction risks are identified and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. -Managing procurement and contract delivery in partnership with supply chain and commercial teams. -Developing and managing project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. -Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

What You Bring
-Experience in cost management, forecasting, and reporting on major infrastructure projects. -Knowledge of hydrogen infrastructure and pipeline engineering. -Experience managing FEED contracts for optioneering, conceptual, and detailed design. -Excellent planning, organising, and stakeholder management skills. -Proven experience delivering infrastructure, utilities, or energy sector projects, ideally within a regulated environment. -Knowledge of NEC contracts and contract administration. -Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, risk and reporting systems). -Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to gas and hydrogen projects (HASAW, CDM, etc.). -Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. APM, Prince2) and lifecycle delivery.
