Tasks

You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality while collaborating closely with subcontractors and internal teams. This is an exciting opportunity to take a hands-on role in coordinating and delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple disciplines — including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil engineering. -Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times. -Oversee the work of subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring safe and efficient site operations. -Lead, coordinate, and supervise PPM and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring schedules, standards, and budgets are met. -Deliver a wide range of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and building systems work across domestic and commercial environments. -Conduct regular site audits and spot checks to uphold quality and safety standards. -Support the operation and maintenance of key facilities, including the training centre, visitor centre, and administrative buildings.
