Tasks

-Ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets -Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development and corrective action. -Ensure that assigned sector attracts, develops and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace. -Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for developing business, including product revenue targets -Identify and evaluate potential new opportunities and provide suitable recommendation to boost sales of products / increase market share
