Tasks

-Build, optimise, and expand a dedicated Physical Grains book, with an initial focus on soybeans, soymeal, and corn -Work closely with market analysts to help shape and steer trading strategy -Actively collaborate with the Freight Trading team to unlock and optimise internal synergies -Manage both physical and financial trading positions, expertly leveraging hedging strategies to maximise value and mitigate risk -Continuously assess market opportunities and trends to drive added value for the desk -Deep and current network across suppliers and buyers in the grains market -Forge and strengthen working relationships with suppliers and buyers, focusing on both business development and origination
