The Role

Overview

Oversee Minimix sales, customer accounts, and strategy for Tarmac RMX in the Midlands.

Tasks

-Collaborating with business units and providing service solutions which meet and exceed customer specifications -Working cross-functionally to deliver customer requirements -Being primary link between Tarmac and its customer accounts, providing clear and principled direction to enhance the customer experience -Ensuring customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner and maintaining customer relationships -Providing the business with external market intel around product demand and mix interest to support the continual evolution of our strategic approach -Managing the input of accurate customer data into the CRM system -Building relationships with the key stakeholders – maintaining regular contact to Introduce new products and technologies to our customers -Managing a portfolio of Minimix customers to deliver against targeted sales volumes, price and profitability targets, identifying opportunities to maximise our cash position through efficient and effective trading -Providing General Manager with monthly key metrics and performance rating reports

What You Bring

-Confident in the use of IT systems -Experience of Readymix RMX advantageous but not essential -Ability and proven experience managing and developing customer accounts -Able to identify customer needs and build solutions & comprehensive product knowledge Emotional resilience, self-awareness and empathy -Influencing skills, negotiation skills, change management skills -An excellent understanding of regional market and a strong understanding of competitive landscape -Demonstrable experience of utilising commercial tools and forecasts -The willingness to travel between Tarmac offices, this will be required in the role
