Generate payroll reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decisions. Drive continuous process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy. What You Bring

Experience with Deel or similar global payroll systems (preferred). Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization. Excellent English language skills, proficiency in another European language is desirable Exposure to payroll transition projects, automation initiatives, or system integrations. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing global payroll operations, with a strong focus on UK and Europe payrolls. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and reporting across multiple countries, with a preference for experience in Deel Payroll systems. This role reports to the HR Business Partner India, with the HR Business Partner Europe as a key stakeholder and dotted-line contact for the initial six-month period. Bachelor's degree in HR, or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred. 5+ years of global payroll experience, with proven expertise managing payrolls across the UK and multiple European Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI, P11Ds, P60s, and BIKs, as well as a solid data integrity. Excellent proficiency in Excel Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and social security frameworks across European countries. Strong Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. working knowledge of UK payroll legislation This is a hands-on role, requiring excellent technical payroll knowledge, strong stakeholder management and the ability to thrive in a dynamic evolving environment.
