The Role

Overview

Maintain client financial records, process transactions, and prepare reports remotely

Tasks

-Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, sales, and payments -Support Team Lead and Senior Managers during financial reviews -Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies -Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections -Maintain organized electronic and physical financial records -Communicate with clients to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies -Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports -Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions -Use accounting software tools (QuickBooks, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) efficiently and accurately

What You Bring

-Experience in accounting or bookkeeping (internship or coursework in accounting a plus) -Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing) -Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and general ledger functions -Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information -Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills -Caring ownership and leadership with clear communication
