Tasks

-Monitor performance and risks, recommending improvements and best practices. -Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather and update scheduling data. -Develop and manage schedules using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Oracle Primavera P6. -Analyze schedules to identify critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. -Generate reports and dashboards for the Operational Readiness Project Manager and stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Experience Oracle Primavera P6 project scheduling software. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Experience using Smartsheet -Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with cross-functional teams. -Ability to interface with data display platforms such as Tableau and Power BI -Experience working in a GMP environment preferred. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Requires extensive experience in project scheduling.
