Regional Sales Associate (Roofing)

Overview

Develop and sell commercial roofing solutions to industrial clients in VA Mountain region.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Sales calls deal directly with end-users such as plant managers, plant engineers, and maintenance managers -Sales activities include new and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstration -The salesperson will be responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings

What You Bring

-Demonstrate solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales success -Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required -Ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment -Solid time and territory management skills and strong motivation to develop new accounts -Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills -2-3 years of past territory and account development experience is required
