The Role
Overview
Manages community accounts, resolves issues, builds relationships with customers and internal teams.

Tasks
-Participate/coordinate onsite and off-site customer meetings: -Ensure excellence in all aspects of customer support -Issue resolution - maintain open lines of communication with other departments for collaboration purposes & timely resolution -Board, CAM, and onsite system reviews -Conduct regular onsite visits to customer properties for relationship management and account health check-ins -Develop strong relationships with internal departments and customers -Escalations/retention issues - field customer escalations and provide routine updates to management

What You Bring
-Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience -Computer savvy and proficient with Google Suite and other web-based programs (Salesforce) -Conflict resolution skills -Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the service business or related field preferred -Low margin correction -New CAM/Board acclimation -Strong relationship management skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment -Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills -Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) -Experience in a rapid-growth business -Comfortable with regular travel to customer sites
