Tasks

-Prepare and issue checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers -Help prepare weekly/monthly reports for management -Reconcile bank accounts and verify daily cash balances -Ensure proper documentation, approval workflows, and payment controls -Enter financial data into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Intacct, SAP) -Monitor outgoing payments and ensure proper authorization -Support audit requests by preparing schedules and documentation -Follow company internal control policies related to treasury and accounting -Maintain confidentiality of financial information -Maintain accurate cash ledgers, bank reconciliation files, and transaction records -Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies -Assist in month-end closing, including journal entries and reconciliations -Work with accounting, finance, AP/AR, operations, and external vendors -Assist with cash flow tracking and daily liquidity reporting -Record incoming customer payments and maintain AR aging -Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment requests -Process daily cash receipts, wire transfers, ACH payments, and check deposits

What You Bring

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to support the company’s daily cash operations, bank transactions, and financial recordkeeping. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial data, ensuring timely payments, and assisting with treasury, accounting, and audit-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working with financial systems. Technical Skills Soft Skills -Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred) -Background check may be required depending on company policy -Good communication and organization skills -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment -Bilingual ability (English + Chinese) is a plus -Experience with cash management, AP/AR, or bank reconciliations is a plus -Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism -High attention to detail and accuracy -Familiarity with U.S. GAAP is a plus but not required -Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct) -Experience in real estate, construction, investment, or fund management -Experience in a U.S. corporation with multi-entity or multi-bank operations -Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred -1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, treasury, or bookkeeping -Must have authorization to work in the United States
