Tasks
-Participating in client meetings and presenting creative ideas with clarity and confidence -Navigating codes, standards, and submittals for approval, bidding, and construction -Collaborating across disciplines to ensure technical accuracy and design integrity -Supporting construction administration, including RFIs, change directives, and field support -Leading design coordination and documentation for projects from start to finish -Preparing architectural specifications and maintaining quality control -Championing CPL’s mission, values, and brand in everything you do

What You Bring
-Fluency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and other visualization tools -Ingenuity – seeking new opportunities and consistently identifying unexpected and practical ways to solve problems. -A collaborative spirit, great communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment -A solid understanding of design standards, codes, and construction methods -LEED or WELL accreditation is a plus -Proven knowledge of governing codes, standards, and project planning processes -A professional degree in Architecture and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent mix of education and experience)
