Senior Finance Analyst

Support finance team with reporting, credit, treasury, and audit tasks.

Tasks

-Assist in preparation and review of various schedules related to taxation like VAT, GST, TDS, With-holding tax and submission of timely tax return -Ensure credit notes are approved in line with delegated authorities -Prepare monthly management reporting packs and share with stakeholders -Assist seniors with internal or external audits -Supports seniors with financial reporting, credit management, treasury (including banking, mandates), and internal controls in the country -Processing inter-entity billing journals and preparing supporting invoices where relevant -Prompt processing of Accounts Receivable invoicing, including maintenance of a billing diary and a robust credit management focus -Investigate and clear invoicing queries, including allocation of cash receipts and debtor follow up -Assist in preparation and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations -Prompt processing and payment of Accounts Payable invoices, Site returns, staff expenses -Assist in monitoring intercompany accounts to ensure the transactions are valid, reconciled and settled as appropriate with guidance from group Treasury

What You Bring

-Conversant in the use of Microsoft products and experience in other ERP systems -Agile working -Flexibility to work longer hours at peak times as required -Fluent English (both written and verbal) -Qualified MBA Finance /M. Com /CFA with relevant experience -Willingness to undertake business travel as required around India -Strong analytical ability with effective communication and interpersonal skills
