-Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records -Good client service skills -Sound decision making and prioritization -Strong computer skills such as typing, system and software knowledge -Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED -1 year of Payroll experience preferred. -Knowledge of wage withholdings -Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail -Associate degree or bachelor's preferred -Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment -Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with tight deadlines -Excellent communication skills
