Tasks

This Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations for local commercial projects, coordinating subcontractors, safety, schedule, and quality. You’ll partner closely with a Lead Superintendent and Project Manager, gaining exposure to larger, complex sites (typically 20-25 acres). -Conduct daily reports, inspections, and progress meetings -Manage all onsite construction activities and subcontractor coordination -Collaborate with internal teams for seamless turnover and client satisfaction -Maintain project schedule, quality, and safety compliance

What You Bring

-Strong communication and scheduling skills -Comfortable using construction management software (Procore or similar) -Proven ability to lead trades and maintain organized, efficient sites -3–7 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction (retail, grocery, or MOB preferred)
