Design role creating concepts, graphics, models, and documents for diverse projects.

Tasks

-Research materials, products and furnishings based on project design goals. -With guidance, work on construction documents and coordinate review of shop drawings during construction phase. -Work on programming research, zoning research, massing, orientation studies & design studies. -Prepare presentation drawings representing design intent. -Render design ideas in forms of scale drawings, 3-D models, sketches, illustrations, and physical models.

What You Bring

-Must be proactive, detail-oriented and a self-starter. -3-5 years of post-graduation experience required. -Able to prioritize and multi-task. -Bachelor’s Degree required. -Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. -Candidate should be proficient with Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Graphics Suite, and other related design software. -Strong conceptual design ability and advanced graphic representation skills.
