Tasks

As a 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development to candidate placement, within your U.S. market vertical. You will build strong client and candidate relationships, drive new business opportunities, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. -Provide a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and feedback. -Source and engage candidates through proactive marketing, database tools, and LinkedIn. -Develop deep knowledge of your niche U.S. market to advise both clients and candidates. -Meet and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets. -Maintain a strong understanding of client needs and market trends. -Ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant U.S. employment laws. -Qualify candidates for suitability and manage them through the entire recruitment process. -Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric team culture. -Use data and market insights to drive decision-making and business growth. -Manage offers, negotiations, and post-placement follow-ups to ensure long-term success. -Maintain accurate data on internal CRM systems. -Follow internal processes and uphold company standards across all operations. -Conduct business development calls, meetings, and networking to identify and secure new clients. -Develop and manage client relationships across your assigned U.S. market. -Qualify job briefs, negotiate terms, and manage the full recruitment process for clients.

What You Bring

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position. -Cross-sell recruitment solutions (permanent, contract, embedded, or project-based). -Strong communication, and relationship-building skills. -1 -2 years’ experience in recruitment or sales position(s), exposure to the U.S. market and/or contract recruitment is a plus. -Results-driven mindset with a consultative sales approach. -Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working autonomously.
