Tasks

-Lead the coordination and preparation of company-wide budgets. -Operate computer and office equipment. -Strengthen internal controls to mitigate risks and improve financial accuracy. -Prepare periodic financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. -Monitor and analyze variances against budgets and forecasts. -Develop and maintain financial models to project business performance. -Identify and implement process efficiencies to enhance financial operations. -Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. -Mentor and develop junior finance team members. -Leverage technology and automation to streamline financial workflows. -Partner with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives. -Analyze financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs). -Provide guidance and support for cost management and operational efficiencies.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and presentation abilities. -Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, or other BI tools). -Experience with Yardi software -Experience with automation tools and advanced analytics platforms. -Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field -Experience in cash and treasury management -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines. -Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, or a similar role -Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. -Experience in real estate industry
