Monitoring of vessel performance and servicing schedules against key metrics and reporting accordingly. Working with vessel, project and site operational team to identify and implement improvements in vessel and turbine operational procedures
Updating RWE systems used for servicing data collection and verification to include, but not limited to SAP, Alarm Management System and Data Validation Tool
Agreeing port call times and durations with vessel team, shore based teams and Control Rooms, communicating same to all stakeholders, ensuring that port call activities are planned and implemented to mitigate risk of vessel delay
Day to day contract management of a team of contractor resources required to complete the WTG servicing
Responsible for determining the vessel priorities and communicating these in a timely manner to the SOV crew, shore based fleet servicing team, operational sites and control room teams
Collaboratively work with the vessel operator, fleet servicing , marine and logistics and site operational teams to ensure the vessel is ready for charter and turbine servicing including the preparation of necessary procedures and processes
Establishing and coordinating daily communications structures, line management for RWE vessel-based personnel, managing offshore personnel issues, managing office/stores/workshop allocations, ensuring the team have the correct skills to fulfill the designated tasks
Ensuring all RWE HSE requirements are adhered too. Reporting of vessel and servicing near misses/observations. Implementation of safety improvements, safety briefings to all teams located on board the vessel, feedback of actions to vessel and wider teams

A higher education qualification or experience working within the offshore wind industry
Have managed operational and/or vessel operations on Offshore Wind Farms
Proficient communication skills, able to communicate effectively within a team
Fluent in English speaking / writing
A thorough understanding of offshore operational practices and WTG servicing
