Tasks

As a QA Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all production, quality, and health & safety operations within the facility are conducted efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The QA & HSE Operation Engineer will play a key role in auditing processes, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe, clean, and high-performing production environment -Participate in management reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in both QA and HSE domains. -Verify adherence to local regulations, company policies, and environmental standards. -Support implementation of 5S principles to maintain a safe, efficient, and visually organized workplace. -Support incident/accident investigations and follow up on implementation of preventive measures. -Monitor warehouse management practices, including storage conditions, FIFO implementation, and labeling accuracy. -Oversee sample testing and laboratory quality checks to maintain product consistency and compliance with specifications. -Verify compliance with approved operational procedures and efficiency targets. -Identify process non-conformities or deviations and recommend corrective and preventive actions. -Promote a strong safety culture and participate in HSE awareness and training sessions -Ensure root cause analysis is conducted and corrective/preventive actions are implemented effectively. -Verify filled product measurements, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity. -Conduct regular and systematic audits across all factory departments and sub-sections. -Audit all H&S programs, risk assessments, and control measures throughout production areas. -Verify closure of all quality- and safety-related nonconformities. -Monitor cleanliness, tidiness, and organization in all production and warehouse zones. -Prepare detailed audit and inspection reports summarizing findings and improvement recommendations. -Audit material receiving procedures to confirm conformance with approved specifications. -Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and safety performance. -Ensure proper implementation of in-process controls during mixing, blending, and batching operations. -Follow up with concerned departments on customer complaints. -Ensure safe handling and segregation of chemical materials in line with safety and environmental policies.

What You Bring

ISO 9001 management system experience is required, and any other management system is preferred such as 45001 and 14001. Strong analytical and auditing skills. Experience: 2-5 Years Effective communication and reporting abilities. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not required; training is provided. 5. Housekeeping and Factory Image Excellent attention to detail and process discipline. Sound understanding of HSE regulations and quality standards. Proactive, organized, and capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives. 7. Reporting and Continuous Improvement -Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or HSE roles within a chemical or manufacturing environment. -Fluency in English is required. -Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering , or a related field.
