Tasks

They are seeking a Senior Finance Counsel to assist and lead various transactions in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financings for its private equity investment team. This role would support M&A, financing, and other corporate development activities across the firm’s portfolio. -Oversee all phases of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, from initial bids and due diligence through negotiation of term sheets and definitive agreements, closing execution, and post-closing integration. -Partner with cross-functional teams in finance, tax, regulatory, accounting, asset management, and investor relations to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. -Manage financing efforts for M&A transactions, including debt refinancing initiatives across the portfolio. -Develop and present investment committee materials and financial analyses to support M&A decision-making.

What You Bring

-Understanding of renewable energy and tax equity, with insight into how tax incentives and financial structures influence project economics and investment outcomes. -7+ years' experience with M&A, financing and/or other corporate transactions -Must hold a J.D
