Tasks
-Negotiate agreements with customers to attain the highest possible unit selling prices and profits. -Compile market information to validate market mix targets, or suggest changes. -Update monthly sales forecast -Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers. -Manage customer expectations of the product ordering and delivery process, credit agreement and payment terms among others. -Participate in sales meetings and other scheduled events. -Meet or exceed company safety standards -Adhere to all CEMEX and O.S.H.A. rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds -Develop account sales that meet the market mix targets set by the Company. -Adhere to all Cemex requirements for pricing and quotations, vehicle and expense account management, and customer file management. -Participate in the development of future project bids. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors as well as function safely around heavy rolling equipment -Must wear protective equipment while at the location

What You Bring
-Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors. -Strong organizational skills with analytical/problem solving ability. -Heavy Work-Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects -Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree -Excellent communication skills and attention to details -Computer literate and able to use existing systems and grow into company networked program of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. -Able to maintain strict confidentiality and work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. -Three years related sales experience preferred. -Experience in aggregate, asphalt industry and related products sales a plus. -36-601.01). Smoking and/or the use of tobacco or related products is prohibited in and on CEMEX property as well as any building and/or vehicle owned or leased by CEMEX. -Bachelor degree in a related field preferred.
