Tasks

-Lead the development of predictive models and performance metrics. -Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions. -Define and implement the data strategy aligned with business goals. -Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, BI developers, and data engineers. -Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support regulatory, operational, and strategic requirements. -Deliver high-quality, actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis. -Collaborate with IT, Compliance teams and DPO to manage data access, privacy, and protection. -Translate complex data concepts into clear, business-friendly language. -Establish clear priorities, workflows, and performance metrics for the data team -Work closely with business units to understand their priorities and identify solutions to meet internal and external stakeholder requirements -Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. -Personally contribute to complex data analysis, modelling, and visualisation tasks. -Promote a data-driven culture across the organisation. -Use tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, to extract insights and automate reporting. -Oversee data quality initiatives and ensure consistent data definitions and standards.
