What you would be doing
Provide support for tender planning and bid submission schedules.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to senior management and clients.
Provide reports on potential risks and mitigations related to project schedules.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment between schedule and budget.
Prepare baseline programs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
Support cost control teams with cash flow forecasts and S-curves.
Optimize resource allocation and track productivity against planned targets.
Establish work breakdown structures (WBS) for project planning.
Collaborate with contract teams to prepare claims and variations.
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
Conduct forensic delay analysis to assess project delays and recommend EOT claims.
What you bring
Strong Excel and report writing skills.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in infrastructure projects.
Strong background in FIDIC contracts and extension of time (EOT) claims.
PMP or PSP certification is an advantage.
Knowledge of delay analysis techniques (e.g., Time Impact Analysis, Windows Analysis).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience in GCC projects and familiarity with local regulations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with cost control, resource loading, and risk assessment.
