The Role

Tasks

-Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for content delivery and tracking. -Support and manage the approach to early careers at Liebherr. -Drive initiatives that promote a learning culture and continuous professional development. -Identify learning needs across departments and create targeted training programs. -Design, curate, and manage learning programs, including leadership, compliance, and soft skills training. -Support leadership development programs, succession planning, and career pathing utilising in house and external providers in line with the Liebherr global competencies. -Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement competency frameworks and skills mapping. -Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives. -Actively lead the Learning and Development team with a ‘right person, right seat’ approach, creating and reinforcing a high-performance / high-accountability culture. -Evaluate and improve existing learning frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

What You Bring

-High level knowledge of learning systems and global competencies. A detail-oriented professional with an understanding of resource planning processes, theories and methodologies. -Relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. -Experience managing early careers and development pathways. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, sound reasoning and innovative thinking to develop new solutions and efficiencies. -Strong communication, organisation and time management. These candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing. The salary range for this role will be between $100K to $120K base salary plus superannuation. -SharePoint, LMS, Microsoft Office Suite experience, SAP Success Factors, Project Management.
