Tasks
-Manage insurance claim submissions on behalf of the client, providing all required details to iCare and coordinating responses to queries -Maintain regular liaison with the client regarding all insurance matters and updates -Coordinate logistical arrangements for account team meetings, events, and functions including venue sourcing, cost management, communications planning, travel arrangements, and agenda development -Provide high-level administrative support to the Account Director, including managing and maintaining reporting templates -Prioritise conflicting demands and handle matters proactively, ensuring projects are completed successfully within deadline pressures -Process payments for registrations and ad-hoc external payments, and provide assistance with travel arrangements and account expenses -Oversee insurance claims management for the clients properties affected by storms, floods, and other events -Work closely with Facilities Managers and the Workplace Operations Director to ensure timely responses to all insurance-related queries

What You Bring
-Experience in insurance claim management or willingness to learn complex insurance processes -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders -Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software -Proven experience in high-level administrative support, preferably in a client-facing or government environment -Event planning and coordination experience with attention to detail and budget management
