The Role

Overview

Coordinate and host customer visits, tours, and tests at Carrier's Charlotte factory.

Tasks

-Coordinate all visit logistics, including date/time, room reservations, lab testing alignment, and hospitality arrangements. -Support virtual testing through preparing the test for customer viewing and supporting test communications with customers -Serve as the primary point of contact to initiate, organize, and host customer visits. -Arrange hospitality, including food ordering and welcome screen setup in the lobby. -Engage additional tour guides or request support from other teams for large or high-importance tours. -Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer visit experience. -Execute post-tour surveys, gather feedback, and maintain accurate records of customer visits. -Prepare and distribute necessary documentation, briefing materials, and PPE for guests. -Communicate visit details and expectations to all relevant internal and external parties. -Schedule and manage customer appointments for factory witness tests and facility tours including ownership of cross-functional coordination for timing. -Distribute lab test results for certified tests and witnessed tests to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication and invoicing. -Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, adjusting plans as needed. -Lead customer tours, acting as the main host and guide while customers are on-site.

What You Bring

-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Associate or bachelor’s degree. -Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, and logistics. -Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. -Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. -3+ years of experience in operations, product management, product marketing, sales, service, or engineering. -1+ year experience in HVAC industry. -Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, manufacturing, engineering. -Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. -Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment. -Excellent organizational and time management skills.
