What You Bring

Experience: 5+ Years We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven digital strategy, preferably in the real estate sector. -Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. -Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in real estate, BFSI, or high-ticket service industry). -Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics tools, and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Aisensy etc.). -Understanding of international lead generation, particularly for Dubai or NRI investors. -Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data interpretation and performance reporting. -Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar will be a plus. -Experience in real estate marketing or high-value investment products. -Proven experience in lead generation and funnel optimization. -Ability to manage large budgets and deliver consistent, scalable results.
