  • Hire, mentor and train technical staff, including professional land surveyors, survey field crews and technicians
  • Help build and support new and existing client relationships
  • Communicate regularly with team members and operation managers to keep project on schedule and meet client expectations
  • Ensure compliance with company safety regulations
  • Member of a survey team working within a group to meet schedules, client requests (internally and externally) and production expectations
  • Implementing QA/QC practices for final survey deliverables
  • Developing fees and writing and reviewing proposals
  • Coordinating and managing outside survey subcontractors

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Judgment and decision-making skills
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Registered in Pennsylvania, Virginia or West Virginia)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with the ability to grow and lead a Survey department
  • A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR).
  • Technical skills, including AutoCad and/or MicroSation, Trimble equipment and software, laser scanning and drones a plus
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
