The Role
Overview
Lead a lettings team, manage allocations, ensure policy compliance and excellent customer service.

Tasks
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including local authorities -Make a meaningful impact every day by helping people find safe, secure homes -Analyse team performance and recommend improvements to enhance impact -Manage and motivate a multi-skilled team, fostering growth and accountability -Champion excellent customer service and ensure every interaction is respectful, inclusive, and solution-focused -Maintain your own caseload, directly contributing to the allocation of homes -Monitor performance against key metrics like relet times, void loss, and property availability

What You Bring
-CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice or equivalent (or willingness to work towards) or qualified through experience. -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. -Strong record-keeping skills with knowledge of GDPR. -Proven experience building successful working relationships with external partners, particularly within the housing sector. -Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and specific business software. -Experience in lettings or allocations, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and operational requirements. -Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
