As a Civil Transportation Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing your own team of talented engineers, overseeing projects, and ensuring quality delivery for our clients. You’ll report directly to VS’s Indiana Transportation Director, and work in a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and professional growth. VS Engineering is looking for an energetic and driven Civil Transportation Team Lead to join our Indianapolis office. -Strong project management leadership capabilities, with a track record of delivering successful transportation projects. -Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team. -Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality. -At least 5 years of experience in managing projects and leading teams. -At least 10 years of experience designing transportation infrastructure projects. -Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana, and/or, Ohio and Kentucky. -The ability to solve complex problems through creativity, collaboration, and professional judgment. -Experience with public sector design projects (INDOT, county, municipal). -A service-oriented mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. -Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
