Tasks

-Support project estimating and revisions toward final proposals -Execute closing documents and all supporting documentation for project origination -Support identification and mitigation of potential portfolio risks -Represent Solar Alternatives as industry leader for resilient clean energy solutions -Prepare reports to track portfolio development, client followup and new opportunities -Collaborate with leadership to improve and grow processes and scalability -Coordinate with marketing team for outreach, promotion, and press relase opportunities -Development of conceptual client projects in conjunction with engineering department -Followup communication with Operations Department and clients as needed to ensure top customer experience -Cooperate with other divisions to transfer relavant opportunities (service, residential, electric vehicles) -Attend and support industry events and industry partnerships -Manage customer communication regarding project concepts and technical need -Manage Salesforce CRM and flesystem to ensure all information is updated for communication and documentation -Develop and maintaiin customer relationships for potential and active partnerships -Coordinate with Operations Department for comprehensive project handoff -Create and maintain a clear and accountable schedule for followup and development

What You Bring

-Clean driving record, valid license and ability to drive small and large service vehicles -Portfolio quality (existing client experience rating and project growth) -Highly organized and very attentive to detail -Outreach and advocacy experience a plus -3+ years experience in engineering, electrical contracting or solar energy -Well-spoken, clean appearance and good client manners -3+ years sales or account management experience -Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce experience preferred -Ability to work 40-50 daytime hours per week
