What You Bring

-10+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting, with a focus on new construction, renovation, and rehabilitation projects. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences. -Proficiency in hygrothermal modeling software (e.g., WUFI, THERM) and CAD or BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). -Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASTM, AAMA, ASHRAE). -Professional designations, such as PE (Professional Engineer) RA (Registered Architect), CPHC (Certified Passivehouse Consultant), or similar, are preferred. -In-depth knowledge of building enclosure systems, materials, and construction methods. -Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, or a related field.
