Overview

Provide admin, clerical, and record-keeping support for Global Field Services safety.

Tasks

-Perform various clerical duties to contribute to the smooth operations of the Global Field Services safety department. -Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. -Process assigned tasks within projected timeline. -Obtain information from colleagues and design follow up strategies to ensure timeliness of information receipt. -Updating Measurable Safety Stats -Updating the Field Services Safety Systems information -Establish and maintain cross-functional and positive working relationships and contribute to team efforts. -Meet or exceed designated chargeability and hours worked. -Provide support on moderately complex or difficult EHS projects and initiatives. -Participate in incident investigations, accurate recording of the details, and implementation of corrective action for all work-related incidents. -Create, manage and maintain neat, organized, accurate and up to date departmental filing systems (electronic or otherwise), including but not limited to: -Help in the overall workflow within the safety department (miscellaneous support to Director and Senior Managers). -Distribute vital information to the organization concerning safety cultural matters, as well as utilize office automation to create memos, reports and business correspondence (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Assist with scheduling travel, meetings and other delegated tasks. -Assist with SafetyCulture platform management -Track and process Global Field Services safety department expenses, budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.

What You Bring

-New Employee Onboard Training Certification Tracking -MS Office applications, Smartsheet, and SAP a plus -Must be personnel focused with strong written and verbal communication skills -Proficient with spreadsheet, word processing and database necessary -Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English -Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective Team Player, self-motivated, quick learner -Exceptional organizational skills -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make group presentations -Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize work load
