Tasks

-Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives. -Operate tools and equipment as required while guiding crew productivity. -Maintain a strong safety focus and contribute to a productive site culture. -Lead by example and uphold construction standards. -Read and interpret plans to assist with delivery and quality checks. -Manage schedules, materials, and resources to achieve project milestones. -Supervise and direct trades and subcontractors on-site. -Support Foreman with day-to-day coordination of site works. -Ensure compliance with Defence, HSE, and quality standards. -Oversee daily site operations across multiple trades and subcontractors.

What You Bring

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Foremen and Leading Hands to join the delivery team for a major Defence Infrastructure project based in Darwin, NT. -Foreman: Background in site supervision across large-scale builds. -Tickets such as EWP, forklift, telehandler advantageous. -Proven experience in commercial or Defence construction. -Civil foundations/slab experience highly regarded. -Leading Hand: Trade-qualified (carpentry or similar) with leadership capability. -Strong communication, organisation, and safety focus. -Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (eligible for Baseline Clearance).

These full-time, fixed-term roles offer stable employment through to July 2027, working on a large-scale multi-stage development comprising multiple buildings, including a major hangar facility.
