Tasks

-Review and control component and system test documentation, ensuring compliance with design intent and contract requirements. -Track progress and proactively communicate schedule impacts, risks, and mitigation plans. -Coordinate and perform on-site startup and commissioning activities for assigned systems and subsystems. -Support Commissioning Manager in maintaining project status reporting and stakeholder coordination. -Ensure all required documentation, test forms, and turnover packages are completed accurately and submitted on time. -Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure commissioning readiness and system handover. -Develop, maintain, and update the commissioning schedule and rolling look ahead plan to align with project milestones and resource priorities. -Provide technical support during installation, startup, and functional testing phases, identifying and resolving issues in real time. -Promote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration on site.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in project planning and scheduling, including the use of look ahead tools and commissioning tracking systems. -Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. -Solid understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and risk management. -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience. -3+ years of experience in startup and commissioning of industrial or water/wastewater systems. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams. -Strong knowledge of Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) and Systems Integration. -Familiarity with commissioning software tools and reporting platforms. -Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
