Assist prospective residents with tours, marketing, and leasing for Sunrise Terrace Apartments.

Tasks

-Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email -Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors -Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue -Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects -Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew -Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

What You Bring

-Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred -Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus -Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office -Onesite Software experience preferred -Lease-up experience preferred -Excellent written and verbal communication
