Overview
Lead on-site execution of startup/commissioning projects for data centers in Clark, NV.

Tasks
-Implement and cascade requirements associated with any program level initiatives or changes from technical program managers within the Strategic Operations organization. -Serve as primary point of contact throughout duration of EESS activities on site. -Provide financial oversight through cost control, warranty, change order management, and risk mitigation. -Coordinate and navigate Eaton scheduling and work activities around other trades, driving execution efficiencies for Eaton and customer -Receive job handoffs and complete initial technical, scope of work, and scheduling requirement reviews. -Submit to periodic customer required background and drug screenings. -Provide guidance and mentorship to team members; demonstrate advanced project management, operational and commercial competencies to help develop team effectiveness. -Utilize necessary project management tools, software, and other resources to maintain adherence to key milestones and deliverables on site. -Work closely with commercial operations teams, including North American Sales (NAS) Project Management Organization, sales engineers, and EESS Technical Application Support (TAS) organization to reconcile client expectations with order commitments, change orders, and timelines. -Collaborate with our District Operations team to communicate any safety program initiatives, concerns, or oversights to customer, contractor, and subcontractor stakeholders. -Oversee all phases of project delivery including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. -Own coordination of project meetings (internal and external) and formal communication plans to key project stakeholder -Determine mechanisms required for successful job closeout (punch lists / issue resolution, internal warranty, transition to owner or other entity).

What You Bring
-Proficiency in project management and construction industry software packages (Microsoft Project, ProCore, etc.) -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide daily updates to involved parties keeping them well-informed and synchronized. -PMP or Commissioning Agent Certification -Able to influence without authority and work collaboratively with internal and external businesses and stakeholders. -Must be able to lead and manage upwards and downwards. -Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license. -Able to work effectively in a distributed workforce and at customer job sites -5+ years electrical field services experience -Ability to influence without authority, specifically through coordination with other trades and contractors on site. -Technical skills required to understand legal documents and technical drawings -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering. -Basic understanding of product applications and customer needs -OSHA 10 & 30 hour general industry or construction certification. -5+ years managing electrical construction or commissioning projects as project manager or construction manager -Analytical skills to identify cost-effective and timely solutions -Handles pressures well. -Minimum 5 years of experience leading and/or managing electrical, construction, or industrial projects. -Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
