Tasks

-Checking reservations in -Checking the daily arrivals and departure lists -Balancing float at end of shift -Sending out booking forms via email -Allocating room numbers to reservations -Adding bills onto reservations -Dealing with email queries -Dealing with customer queries -Taking payments (Cash and Card) -Loading bookings on to our PC (we have a hotel package) -Greeting customers -Answering telephone queries -Sending confirmation emails
