  • Provide performance data, specifications, and literature to support noise control product sales.
  • Offer guidance on product competitiveness and suitability.
  • Support the bid process, including quoting for special products.
  • Manage projects from initial contact through to final client sign-off.
  • All aspects of the project will be closely coordinated and validated with relevant parties to ensure that client expectations are exceeded.
  • Acknowledge all custom requests within six hours of receipt.
  • Select and design layouts for products and accessories.
  • Assist the engineering design team on special requests.
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency and effectively manage workload.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers to facilitate the specification and sale of the relevant products, including guidance on application, performance, troubleshooting, competitiveness, sales and pricing of product and services.

  • A basic understanding of HVAC, controls and mechanical systems would be an asset.
  • Innovative, self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to take initiative.
  • A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or Physics. Experience in Vibrations & Acoustics is considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence.
  • Given Price’s overall commitment to speed and responsiveness, this function must respond quickly and thoroughly to internal and external customer inquiries (voice and/or email).
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.
