Overview

Support TDM team with outreach, marketing, admin, and data tasks for LA transportation projects.

Tasks

-Designing email marketing and social media campaigns -Representing the TMOs at community events (online and/or in person) -Coordinating administrative activities such as bus pass orders, vanpool incentive programs and general office management -Assisting with reviewing e-bike voucher applications, research, and analysis -Providing assistance with other projects, such as marketing design, mapping, report writing and data analysis, as needed -Acting as a liaison with TMO members and stakeholders -Supporting membership growth among local employers and property managers -Supporting and advocating for transportation projects in Burbank and Glendale -Capturing monthly board meeting minutes, facilitating recording both verbal and written for TMO board -email marketing software/database programs -Website coordination (update members, upcoming events, flyer campaigns)
