Tasks

-Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and sustainable design practices. -Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure design quality. -Translate client needs and objectives into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative design solutions. -Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business. -Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations. -Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth. -Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations. -Lead the design process from initial concept development to project delivery. -Oversee the production of detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation. -Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer & Sales Executive to lead the design and execution of high-end interior projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual design skills, a deep understanding of materials and finishes, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. This role requires leadership, client relationship management, and collaboration with architects, consultants, and junior designers. -Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and successful project delivery. -Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). -Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction practices. -Candidates residing near Noida Extension will be preferred. -2+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in residential, hospitality, or commercial sectors. -Strong project management and leadership capabilities. -Strong network of suppliers, contractors, and industry contacts. -Experience working with high-profile clients and luxury projects. -Ability to balance creativity with technical and practical considerations. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
