Tasks

-Manage local FM issues and oversee on-site delivery both via direct service lines and building management.. -Space Optimization: Manage the physical layout and aesthetics of the workplace to promote collaboration, comfort, and productivity. -Be a disrupter, challenge the status quo and challenge existing teams to ensure exceptional service. -Front-of-House Management: Oversee reception, visitor management, and lobby areas to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere. -Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyse employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous positive change. -Understanding Technology - Work collaboratively with local TOCS team to ensure best utilisation and understanding of on-site systems to enhance the employee experience. -Sustainability: Promote sustainable practices within the workplace to support environmental goals and employee well-being. -Drive Positive Change: Implement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement. -Enhance Employee Experience: Create a workplace environment that supports employee satisfaction and productivity. -Optimise Front-of-House Operations: Ensure seamless and professional interactions for employees and visitors. -Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, including organizing events, activities, and wellness programs.
