Tasks

-Responsible for the overall management of the Geomatics survey vertical at the Stewart Wilmington office; to include oversight of projects, client development/retention, financial success/profitability, personnel, and general administrative management. -Directly supervise assigned team staff and assist practice leader in hiring, training, mentoring, utilization, development of, and assignment of projects to your team staff. -Oversees quality assurance/quality control programs throughout all levels of the team. -Work directly with the client to ensure scope and deadlines are met. -Develop new clients, business leads and new business plan alternatives as required to ensure success of team.
