Tasks

-Examine records, reports, operating practices, and more documentation to appraise the accuracy of our systems -Prepare financial statements, journal entries, management reporting, and reconciliations for month-end and quarterly-end closing activities -Ensure the adequacy and compliance of internal control systems -Understand the organization’s needs and expectations to draft memos, compute estimated payments, and undergo tax provisional work to control risks to the business

What You Bring

-Must be authorized to work in the United States -Verbal and written communication skills -Working towards a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar degree -Interpersonal and customer service skills -Current Junior working towards a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating within 2 years (preferred) -Organizational skills and attention to detail -Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines -This position may be eligible for commissions. -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software -Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
